Apcalis is a medication for the treatment of Impotence (Erectile Dysfunction). Apcalis can remain effective for up-to 48 hours which is why Apcalis is sometimes known as "the weekender".
You may get Apcalis or Tadalis depending upon stock levels - both are made by Ajanta Pharma.
Tadalis and Apcalis both contain 20mg of Tadalafil and they work in exactly the same way - the only difference is the packaging.

Apcalis comes under a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Following sexual stimulation Apcalis works by helping the blood vessels in the penis to relax, allowing the flow of blood into the penis. The result of this is improved erections.
It is important to note that Apcalis does not work if there is no sexual stimulation. To gain a better erection with Apcalis you should be sexually stimulated.
Due to the fact that Apcalis contains Lactose it should not be taken if suffering from Galactose Intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose galactose malabsorbition. Apcalis should never be taken if you take any medicines that contain nitrates.
If you have ever suffered from any of the following conditions inform your doctor before taking Apcalis:
Any serious heart condition including any history of heart attack or stroke;
An allergy to Tadalafil;
High / Low Blood Pressure;
Kidney / Liver Problems;
Sickle Cell Anaemia, Leukaemia or Multiple Myeloma;
Deformity of the Penis (e.g. Peyronies disease).
Apcalis has been known to cause dizziness so care must always be taken before driving or operating machinery.
